I had the most lovely time volunteering for Hanna and Thibaut this past October! What initially motivated me to volunteer was a desire to learn more about permaculture and deepen my spirituality. But I left with far more meaningful lessons, experiences, and connections than I ever expected (…)

I can highly recommend to join this:)). I spend most of my working time in the garden. The garden is really beautiful and Thibaut and Hanna try to make it as self-sufficient as possible which is really cool and interesting. I enjoyed to work there:). And if you have questions about anything in the garden, they will be happy to answer.

Bent (from Belgium), Workawayer 2025

Hanna & Tibaut are two of the most positive people I’ve ever met. As hosts, they genuinely care about the experience of their work-traders/ volunteers. In their eyes, you can see, and their voices, you can hear the love they have for the Krishna community and volunteers.

Joey (from USA), Workawayer 2025

I’ve spent three weeks helping Thibaut and Hanna’s farming project. I really recommend going there if you want to learn about sustainable farming and life in community, be surrounded by caring, enthusiastic, passionate people, beautiful nature, and learn a bit about spirituality (if you want to). Thibaut and Hannah know how to share their infinite knowledge about nature, Ayurveda, physics, philosophy… but also how to be very efficient in managing a farming project.

Thomas (from France), Workawayer 2025

We spent 9 days here and it was one of the most authentical experiences of our life. Thibaut & Hanna are AMAZING hosts, they really want you to feel at home. I’m still missing that beautiful place and all the amazing people living in the community. So if you want to learn about permaculture and if you have the desire to be part of a very large family, I strongly suggest you consider spending time in this wonderful place.

Ruggero & Elvira (from Italy), Workawayer 2025

This was a great experience, I loved working with Tibo and Hanna, they are great people and so nice to be around. working in the garden was fantastic and I learned a lot about growing vegetables. the lokation is beautiful, full with trees and rolling hills. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Malthe (from Danmark), Workawayer 2025

I am so happy to say that this experience was perfect for me! Was my first experience and I found a very sweet and familiar place. If what you are looking for is a place full of joy, this is the right one for you. I’m grateful to have spent 3 weeks with them and the other volunteers! I hope to get back soon!🍀

Manà (from Italy), Workawayer 2025

I’ve stayed for the last 2 weeks of September, and 5/5 stars don’t even begin to capture how amazing this experience was. First of all, Tibo and Hanna are two wonderful souls who welcome you warmly and make you feel at home from day one. As for the place, the castle and its surroundings are straight out of a storybook. The meals are abundant and varied (even for me as a vegan), and the Hare Krishna community and their way of life create a warm, positive energy that’s very contagious. And then there’s the permaculture project. This is probably one of the best places on Workaway if you’re looking for a permacultural project that really works, where everything is thoughtfully planned. Without a doubt, it’s a place I’d love to return to, to help and learn more.
